So I’m making this post because I feel bad for those who were expecting Izanagi to be fixed this week and it’s still not. So here’s what I think are some good subs to use in PVE activities. [b]Legendary Snipers[/b] [u]Sole Survivor[/u]: Sole Survivor is an arc damage sniper that’s available this week (October 29th-November 5th) from Tier 2 and Tier 3 Reckoning. You’re going to want to want the Firing Line perk on it (bonus precision damage when near two or more allies). The “God Role” is Fourth Times the Charm, Firing Line with an extended mag park. This sniper is very annoying to get but is my personal favorite. [u]Tranquility[/u]: Tranquility is a kinetic sniper available from the Essence of Vanity quest at the Lectern of Enchantment. It’s the only other sniper that can role with Firing Line. The best role with this sniper would be auto loading holster and firing line. This weapon is much easier to farm for than Sole. [b]Exotic Snipers[/b] [u]Darci[/u]: Darci is an arc exotic heavy sniper. It is an RNG that can be obtained from exotic engrams, Xur, etc... It’s main perk gives you increased precision damage just by zooming in at an enemy. [u]Whisper of the Worm[/u]: Whisper is a solar exotic heavy sniper. It is obtained from the Taken Anomaly on Io. It’s main perk give higher base precision damage and landing three head shots will refill the magazine (from reserves). I haven’t used it much since it’s nerf, but I hear it’s becoming a viable option since the nerf to auto reload mechanics. I hope this helps those out who don’t have Izanagi yet.
