Im experiencing the same issue. I used the Gofannon key once and it did NOT open the associated lock. I tried to do it again and the same thing happened. Need fix.

I guess this is similar to what happened to me with the obsidian crystal. I consumed it so I could move on to the next quest step, however the box didn't update and is still telling me to get an obsidian crystal.
