Well its nice to have weapon shaders and to put multiple different shaders on different things

I agree. But they had a reason to change it back when D2 launched. Someone had the stupid idea to make everything static rolls (armor/weapons) so they needed players to grind for other things. So mods and shaders became it. Whoever designed D2 in the beginning does not understand how looter/shooters work. So I agree, we have a lot of other things to grind for now, shaders should go back to like it was in D1.
