The Deepening Wake Quest Progress Bug

I was lagging when I claimed the bounty on the Moon for doing the T3+ chest, and now the quest is showing up as incomplete. I have done T5 twice now, but the box won't tick. What should I do? Playing on PC.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, you completed The Deepening Wake but it is continuing to show as incomplete? Looking at your Hunter we don't see the quest in your inventory anymore.
