I refuse to use Windows products because I support the US Constitution, specifically the 4th amendment of the Bill of Rights. Since you are not able to use Windows products without waiving the right of privacy, and Bungie has made it very clear they hate Linux, I can no longer associate myself with Bungie. You have proven yourselves to be a company that is a domestic enemy of the constitution, which I have sworn to protect. It is unfortunate that a company that made a product like Destiny is one I can no longer associate with in good conscience. There are no options in account settings, and nothing in your support articles for deleting my account. Delete my account. I will check in a week if you have deleted my Bungie account or provided instructions on how to do so myself. I hope this does not have to become a legal issue as you are now storing data you no longer have authorization to access.

The best thing would be for everyone to stop playing bungie games. Then they'd be forced to take a hike. It's sad when there are people out there to gullible to see how messed up EVERYTHING is about this joke of a company. And because of that ignorance is exactly why they exist.

can't unlink my last account and their unwillingness to provide a way to delete or remove data and "be forgotten" is another reason why this company can frog blast their own sanctimonious ventcores.

Linux isn’t a fully approved OS or recognized for that matter. Not to mention security for the platform and builds for it are easy to cheat with.

1 ReplyOk, I’m just going to throw this out there... The 4th amendment refers to searches and seizures.... not anything related to Windows or to Bungie....

4 RepliesBungie can't delete your account. You can choose to not use it ever again but it can't be deleted.

You can still play Destiny on the PS4 and later on Stadia when it becomes available. Note that Linux is not allowed as it is not a true operating system but allows another OS to run a game programmed (not by Bungie but a Activision affiliated studio VV) for Windows. As such the security in the game intended to work with Windows can be bypassed and at a guess why Linux is not allowed. You go on about rights but you want to use a emulator that can be used to abuse the rights and enjoyment of Bungie and the D2 PC player base due to the loss of security measures placed in the game.

1 ReplyYour Bungie account does not contain personal information, other than your email address, which you can remove. All actual personal information is tied to your platform account, so you would need to take it up with them.

So why not setup cross saved and play on ps4 than.

1 ReplyYou cannot, all you can do is unlink your account. You also agreed to Bungie terms.
