I've been trying to stream Destiny 2 for awhile now on my PC, my internet speed is great, 30mbps download and upload. My PC specs are also fairly good. AMD rx570, 18g of ram, and Intel i5 8th Gen. But whenever I stream it, the stream quality is very choppy and slow, while my game remains above 90fps, but it says the health is excellent. I am using OBS Streamlabs and I know Bungie doesn't allow 3rd party software such as that. I would love any help towards this situation, thank you!

So, as the Help staff mentioned, it’s not so much that they don’t allow it. They understand that people want to stream and record and all that fun stuff. The issue becomes what kind of hinderance will it be on your performance. So long as you used known safe software, you should be fine. Just note that since it’s not built into the game, it may cause performance issues. I would try to use other software that’s less clunky. Maybe try using the Windows 10 and the built in game DVR? I’ve used it to capture funny moments in my gameplay and it works fine.
