Hi, I am on the hunt for the Precursor Vex Chrome shader. This is my favorite shader from the game and I can't find any nice dupes of it. I've had it drop on the Vex Offensive weapons, but I didn't get the shader upon dismantling (is this an RNG thing? I've had shaders drop from other gear). There are a lot of confusing posts about how/where to get the shader. Ingame it mentions Bright Engrams but as far as I can see it has only ever been in the Winter Shaders box, Rolling Bundle box, and in the Illuminated Engrams lootbox. It is not in the current lootbox's pool. A lot of people claim that Brother Vance can reward it but I have yet to see anyone agree that that's possible or what reward is being referred to. It is not in the loot pool of his current reward engram. Was it a story reward, if a reward at all? If it's absolutely impossible to get it, that is going to be really disappointing. I would love to see it come through the store again.
