Greetings, I am just getting around to finishing all of the quests I never did previously and I cannot figure out how to restore the last of Rose's perks (I have restored 2 of them, frankly not sure which). I am trying to look for an indicator of what to do next and see no hints in my Quest Log page on the Director nor in my inventory. I have looked online at some guides and they are also of little to no help. Is the quest line currently bugged? According to guides I should have, at one point, had 3 quests: Band Together, Face the Hordes,and Defend the Light. I have either finished those or they are not in my Quest log. So yeah,what do I do now and how do I track it/where should I be looking?
