It has become part of the general loot pool. I think the campaign rewards were nixed with more recent releases. Tried rerunning the Forsaken campaign with a deleted and then freshly created Hunter, and didn't get No Turning Back during the quest(incidently, I had one drop on my Warlock from a random drop leter on). On that note, I'd also like to get the Memory of Cayde cloak and mark again as Aromor 2.0 pieces. Wish me luck on the Tangled Shore adventure grind. XD Good luck to you as well on getting Quickfang!

a friend playing as warlock got it while we were doing some randy prestige eater of worlds and spire of stars, still locked to hunters but obtainable on any class it seems, so i would say run year 1 stuff and youll get it

Had a similar issue when I beat Forsaken and didn't get the Cayde class item, and when I didn't get anything from any of the pre-Shadowkeep/New Light campaigns, I started digging. For whatever reason, it seems they removed ALL legacy rewards when New Light launched, and didn't bother replacing them with anything, not even some glimmer, legend shards, or cores/prisms. Another thing I found that backed up the claim it was intentional, was the exotic you're supposed to get after beating Warmind. Instead of saying that you obtained it over the course of the Warmind campaign, it said it was obtained from a world dropped exotic engram. So not only have they removed the legacy rewards and not replaced them with even something cheap, they also didn't even bother to change the text for how the item is obtained for anything but the exotic items. Sorry, mate. Edit: Forgot to mention that another post commenting about this issue had a reply that said all the legacy items have been added to the general loot pool, but I haven't gotten any or seen anyone get them unless they had it before Shadowkeep/New Light.

Quickfang is a legendary sword that should be obtainable from gunsmith packages (I’m not sure) or possibly vanilla planet vendors. Does it say where to get it in the collections?
