Synced the wrong Xbox one account with crossplay
Hey,
I synced the wrong Xbox one account... This one can't go on Xbox one so I would like to unsync my Xbox profile in cross save and add the right one... How could I do that?

3 RepliesHello. In order to unlink an account and link a different one while Cross Save is enabled, you first have to disable Cross Save. Then, go to your profile settings > accounts and linking, click the Unlink button next to the account you want to change, and then link the correct one. You will have to wait 90 days before being able to reenable Cross Save after deactivating it.
