Outer Worlds: Question. Can I increase the Geothermal power plant efficiency to 100%?

3 RepliesAre you talking about the early quest in Edgewater where you have to reroute the power to either Edgewater or the deserters? Pretty sure you just flip the three switches (in various locations) and go to the terminal to choose who you want the power to go to.
