Abandoned quests on moon, how to get back???

UPDATE: I checked the Destiny 2 app and for my hunter I have an abandoned quest step, I think it might be “essence oh anguish.” But it’s available from the enchantment table..., and is not unlocked. I need that mission to unlock the Shadowkeep missions, bounties from Eris, etc. Original post: On one of my three characters, my progress has stopped after A Mysterious Disturbance. I’m on 941 power level on my hunter in Shadowkeep and actually completed the Vex offensive for this week. On my Titan and Warlock (both 950s) all campaign missions unlocked on moon. I’ve read campaign missions may go to post master, not in this case nor was it with the mechanic in the cargo bay. Any help would be appreciated.

  • I noticed this happening to me when my inventory was full. Every time I'd sign out of the game, I'd come back to find the quest was abandoned. Then I saw the postmaster on DIM and noticed the Essences for the gear you get from the lectern were being sent there. Didn't know quests had anything to do with my inventory being full, but.. whatever.

https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/48179 This might be the issue:
Quests If it has been abandoned, the completed Essence of Anguish quest step can only be acquired by unlocking the Lectern of Enchantment.
