So with cross save I would pick up the exotic quests on Xbox where I own forsaken and can pick them up from, but mostly play PC nowadays. So I lost my truth and malfeasance quests after completing the 1st steps for both on PC. The second step also never popped up after finishing the first step. I went and checked the postmaster and the respective vendors for the next step and nothing happens or nothing to pick up. I think that it's because it's related to having forsaken on Xbox and not PC that they disappered as I "shouldn't" have them without owning the DLC needed for it on PC.
