Not the catalysts for the newer weapons, but for year 1 stuff like skyburners oath, sleeper, etc. This would help those who haven't aquired the catalysts yet for older weapons without having to go back into older raids. Edit: You could argue that these catalysts have been out for so long that there is no reason why you dont have them. However, it also reasonable to say that these catalyst by now are old content and therefore why not just let xur (once a month) sell a few at a time.
