A friend is unable to progress the Wish Ender exotic quest because they cannot interact with the statue in the Shattered Throne. There is no indication that you can obtain the Awoken Talisman, but you can do the ??? Quest in the Four Horned Gulch to obtain the coins. However, even though the coins showed up as inventory grabs on the player screen they do not appear in the inventory, quest or bounties log. Assuming that since we were able to skip the "awoken talisman" stage and go straight to trying to obtain the coins we ran Shattered Throne while also doing the secret bosses to "charge" the so called coins that he "obtained" from the prior quest. After successfully "charging" the coins, defeating the bosses, and finishing the Ogre boss he is still unable to interact with the statue even though the statue itself speak the dialogue, "You are worthy". He has an exotic quest that he was able to pick from Petra (after we discovered the issue prior) which just says "present this talisman to the awoken warrior in the Shattered Throne". However, even with this quest in his quest log it still will not let him interact with the statue to obtain the bow. As far as we're aware he has finished the Forsaken campaign, but does not have the awoken talisman that you would normally have prior to Shadowkeep and New Light. Is there any way to force this quest to work properly so that they can obtain Wish Ender which is currently the only way to acquire a bow relatively easily without having to rely on RNG. Hope we can figure what is wrong or what needs to be fixed. I suspect that with the introduction of Shadowkeep and New Light that some other quest progressions (like Izanagi's Burden) might be having similar issues. For anyone stuck just go find that secret mission. However, the exotic quest reacquired from Petra did not complete which I guess is just a bug and doesn't seem to gate you from obtaining the bow. Keep in mind that my friend was using a guardian that existed prior to Shadowkeep and he already had access to the Dreaming City.
