Buff Sleeper! Its Exotic Status Is Bottom Tier!
Awful damage, low reserves, get outdamaged by Specials what is just a joke.
Buff precision damage, buff reserves to 15.
Make Catalyst available in 950 Nightfalls or Garden of Salvation.
Its just stupid, such a long quest Exotic get outdamaged by Legendary Snipers...
