Well the problem with that is:
1: Every ghost cannonically has different voices and personalities, they just don't ever bother putting them in the game
2: They're more of AI like Cortana
And 3: No one knows how the Traveller works only that it is sentient also the actual robots like the postmaster or you know THE EXO RACE (Which Cayde is one of) have personalities so that argument has zero logic.
