With a such a huge charge time, it needs to be a high risk, high reward weapon. Yes it takes a while to charge, but the laser beam it shoots needs to be a real deathray! I.e. shooting though titan bubbles, going through champion shields, and to balance it out, I suggest that it has no AOE damage what so ever, but the precision is where this weapon shines! Whatever steps in front of that laser, its gonna feel like it tried kissing the express train! Also give it really really low stability. So if you are taking damage it will be jarder to keep the gun steady. Which does make sense, after all it is a giant laser weapon that takes time to fire.
