Since nothing has been done, here is the story once again.
Here are the facts:
- I have exactly one Battle.net account
- I have exactly one Steam account
- I initiated the PC migration in the week that it became available
The first issues I had were that after the first migration, my forsaken license, my annual pass and my guardians were missing, see screenshot:

I was asked to wait until this was fixed, and to keep re-trying.
I did just that. I waited, retried, waited some more.
After a few days/weeks the error changed to the following:

The "fix" I was suggested, was to create a new steam account and migrate again.
This however is not a fix and I would like a permanent solution which both sides are happy with.
Until now, the problem has been swept under the rug and even one of the threads I had created was moved so it could not be found in the forum search.
The two support tickets I created were not answered and no further information was requested from me.
I would like to have an official response to this topic which does not involve creating a new steam account or some form of compensation for people who are still experiencing this issue after such a long period of time.
If you have an official email that isnt automatically re-routed to "junk", then feel free to share it so I can continue communication there.
Please do not advise me to open another support ticket, since they do not get answered.
