When the ornaments were armour they were only 800 bright dust, now it's 1,200 dust for one piece. It was still pricey then but I'd rather universal ornaments to be 800 bright dust

Well I would say that the armor is definitely more valuable as universal ornaments considering that literally any piece of legendary armor you will ever find can be modded to look like that ornament. Especially when the system before was "pay for this armor you'll never wear because it has a garbage roll, lol".
