I purchased Forsaken on Steam last week, but can't access the story or locations it provides. Steam says I own the dlc, I tried deinstalling and reinstalling. Is this the only way to open a ticket on this? I feel ripped off at this point, I wanted to play the story before moving onto Shadowkeep!
This seems like a common problem, but I can't get any sense of if Bungie is really aware of the issue or has a plan/schedule to fix it?
Do they need to fix it on a per account basis, and if so is there a real ticket system? Because I don't see a consistent level of response here...

4 RepliesAny chance you could provide screenshots of your director map, so that we can see what you’re seeing? Given that the Tangled Shore and Dreaming City are both available locations for all players, as even New Light players have access to patrols there, it makes no sense that you would not have those locations open to you. To start the Forsaken campaign, players can open up the Tangled Shore map in their director, and there will be a large mission icon towards the bottom of the map. The mission is titled Last Call, and launching that mission is what starts off the campaign.

Hi there, All players should have access to the Tangled Shore and Dreaming City, as they are no longer locked to the Forsaken DLC. The Forsaken campaign can be launched through the Tangled Shore map.
