Do I have to create new Steam account and link same Battle.net account?
I have migrated my Battle.net account at the end of August, and after game moved to Steam realized that none of my character/paid licenses transfered. After so many errors I'm now getting message that I have to create new Steam account and do PC Move again on this new account (##pcmigration.ThisSteamAccountHasAlready##).
Is this a bug or should I do migration on empty account with no games, and pay additional 5$ to Steam for activating this account, to be able to play with friends?
I still don't really get this situation. On my origin Steam account I tried to transfer on the end of August I have no characters created, and I don't understand how migration can be completed (that's what the message says)

This has been a issue for many for almost a whole month. I would recommend not creating a new steam. It won’t help you from my understanding people who did just got the same message. I wouldn’t expect any help from bungie they have thrown us under the rug. All we get is automatic responses and suggestions to fill out their tickets which they do not reply to. So for people like me that’s been waiting over a month on this game have pretty much given up on them as a franchise and on this game. Well I wish you luck.

1 ReplyHi there. Unfortunately, if the error message says that your Steam account has already been migrated, it's not possible to migrate to that Steam account again. To migrate, you will have to unlink your Steam account in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie profile settings[/url] then link another Steam account that hasn't been migrated to yet.
