hey Bungie, I play Destiny 2 on the PS4, and I just bought some Silver so I could get the season pass, now, I don't normally buy season passes as I typically find them a waste of money for me as I usually have extended periods of off time from said games that have them to the point they would be a waste of money, but I bought it solely so I could play the new game mode, Vex Invasion. but as far as I can tell, I need to do the first mission of Shadowkeep (the free one) to access it. both times I start the mission, the cut scene runs fine, but as soon as my character loads in, my entire console crashes and restarts itself, thinking the first was just a coincidence until it happened again. now I feel like I just wasted money on something I won't even use now. Is there anything you can do, I would prefer a refund, but that depends on what you can do about the issue. (also, while I'm signed in on the website here through my PS4 account, the name hasn't updated as I've changed it, my new PS4 ID is King_Etheric, is there anyway to change it on the website here to that?) (edit: found out how to change my name here on website)
