I dont know if this is working as intended, but I just did a different frame after the reset and received credit for it. I did Black Orchid and the sniper rifle around 7 times last week (grinding for the rare bounty and Black Orchid god roll) and only received 2 credits. I did Blast Furnace earlier and now have 3 credits. I don't believe this is as designed because there are not 10 unique frames. However, this is a way to make progress on the quest...albeit extremely slow progress.

Same. I have forged 5 frames, but only got 2/10 frames forged on both quest exotics. Not sure what to do with that.
