They need to overnerf one eyed, and erentil, but I agree with everything else you said.

One eyed mask and recluse are being nerfed in the coming weeks. One eyed is a little too much in pvp. recluse is better in pve than pvp but that is why it is getting a nerf they put out a artifact that focuses on autos and smgs and then a vex season which use mostly void shields so recluse became almost a requirement for the raid and cant have that. That’s confirmed already. TWAB basically neutered bottom tree striker. Thank god. No more health regen and it costs more energy to spam the shoulder charge.
