Bought Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition but can't play season content.

Hello Support, I bought Shadowkeep Digital Deluxe Edition on an inactive Playstation account (Stef35240). When I logged my main Playstation account (TatiGamer006) I had access to the Shadowkeep expansion and to the cosmetic rewards (emblem, ghost shell and emote), however, I couldn't play the Season content. I tried to solve the problem by enabling cross save but it had no effect You said that you "have issued a fix for players who accidentally purchased content on their inactive account before enabling Cross Save" (which is my case) but I still have no access to the season pass. Please make something to fix this problem.
