  • Yes, there is no reason why players should be penalized for using exotic weapons, especially when there are tons of legendary weapons that are way superior to exotics. It is bad enough that you can only put there mods on ARs, SMGs HCs or Bows, don't limit our weapon choice even more lol.

  • Ive been saying it since i got my first exotic, we need to be able to put mods on exotics! It doesnt change the fact we can only equip one exotic at a time, but cmon, player customization? They keep toning down legendaries for surpassing exotics.... Well exotics are limited compared to legendaries and there's a prime example.

    Little known fact that Divinity innately has the mod that is effective against Overload Champions and Leviathan's Breath has the one for Unstoppable Champions. Those two, with Eriana's Vow, cover all 3 elements and all Champion types, seems pretty intentional for it to be that way.

    • Thanks for all the feedback. Hopefully they will see this post. I feel seasonal mods could really help push people to exotics they may not think to use normally. Right now huckleberry with is catalyst is a monster but not many people use it due to the fact it can't run mods. Also things like Suros or any of the hand canons don't see much pve use for the same reasons. I can see that something's might be op but it will only be that way for three months until the new artifact drops.

    • It has anti-barrier rounds on it by default. Having overload would be sweet but op tho.

            • It really just makes you take your exotic as a heavy. If they had really thought it though each exotic would have a 'type' they damage. They didn't think it through.

            • The thing is, that's half of what makes Eriana's Vow exotic. Give it to everything and it suddenly becomes trash. Maybe Eriana's Vow could have 2 of the bonuses? Just a suggestion.

              • I agree yes, but I believe Bungie didn't allow it to make the game seem more difficult. Basically taking a lot of exotics out of Legend and Master ranked activities.
