This quest is not bugged. Please do your research before posting dumb things. 1 - it takes 14000 kills and medals to go up in%. And it does go up Iv bin watching it in the app every kill and medal I get. Some medals count for more %. 2- Bungie did not say they would not do long quests anymore... 3- pinnacle weapons should be hard to get, and you should have to work and grind for it... 4- it sounds like you played Shadowkeep for a while, how can you expect a refund for playing a game for more then 8 hours? Most games out right now take that long to beat and get through all it's content
