I recently downloaded D2 on a new setup. When I am playing with a wired xbox controller, sometimes the inputs will jump to the KBM inputs instead and the controller input will be treated as a KBM input. For example, the right stick will switch from its controller right stick configuration to being a proxy for mouse movement. This happens especially often in the menus, but happens sometimes when actually in combat as well. Rapidly tapping controller buttons until the controller is recognized again seems to fix this temporarily.
