What mistakes do you keep making when playing Destiny? My top 10.

I'm just thinking of the small things you regularly encounter and/or do while roaming the solar system that make you roll your eyes. Often 100% your own fault... For me, it's: 1. Doing a black forge bounty that requires you to have one or more guns slotted - and you forget to slot them. I've done too many Heroic encounters and Forges for 'no result' for it to not be all that funny. 2. Going to the bank - selecting a weapon or piece of armour - then thinking, I'll make that my primary weapon; only to send it back to the bank because you hadn't left the bank before doing it. 3. Flying off the cliff when zooming to The Oracle in the Dreaming City on my sparrow. Many times I've gone fast on that first left turn out of the Divalian Mists (the one just before the gap you can't take your sparrow over) and misjudged my 'jump off sparrow' timing and fallen to my 'death'... 4. Running the Pyramidion literally dozens of times and only 1% of the time getting through those blasted beams without getting killed!!! Surely, at some point, you'll get the timing. 5. Running a strike bounty (i.e. kill 20 enemies with your shotgun)... only to get 19 and have to run yet another strike to get one stupid kill (which you do in the first second so you can spend the next 10 minutes debating whether to leave or not). 6. Falling into the lava pit on Kell's Grave during Gambit. A truly painful thing... especially if you simply fall off the pipe or another players knocks you just enough to push you in. 7. Thinking... if I just stand my ground and keep blasting away then that yellow bar will disappear well before my own health level gets too low... only to die a stupid death that could've been avoided by simply moving out of the way for 2 seconds. 8. Instantaneous death from blasting my rocket launcher into a wall or rock right in front of me (or even an enemy that ((coincidentally?)) leaps in front of me the second I shoot at the boss). 9. Knowing that when you're fighting a boss on a bridge or a cliff or even near a wall, that it will stomp (or shriek) you over and/or into it... and yet still having it done again and again. 10. Those flying boulders in The Corrupted Strike. You know you should look, you know they're there, but you jump anyway. And one honourable mention: Doing a strike or nightfall and finally reaching the boss with no super, no heavy and no power ammo. Always fun trying to help melt the boss with your bow. I'm sure others have equally minor, yet teeth grinding, moments. What's yours?
