For as god awful and broken as Warframe's PVP is at least they understand map compostion, how map restrictions based on team size (bigger maps for bigger teams, smaller maps for 3v3 and free for all) and there are weapon restrictions in place to keep it from being Johnny two shot and his magnum VS toddler mike and his lvl 1 assault rifle.
The Crucible is one of the most sickeningly broken cesspits of a PVP system I have ever laid eyes on and it sickens me it still exists in this state and remains a cancerous tumor in an otherwise pretty good game.
Gambit is fine, could use a little fine tuning, but the toxicity of the crucible fanboys will probably never let that happen.
Edit 1:
I would like all the Crucible children to go look into the "sunk cost fallacy" befor commenting so that maybe 2 of you will realize you dont actually enjoy it, you just sunk to much of your time and energy into it to dislike it and need to somehow justify wasting this much of your life on something as pointless and sad as defending a bad video game mode in a public forum with a guy who's opinion isn't gonna change.
the rest of you are gonna keep wearing you one eyed mask and violently jacking off trying too hit me with your weird monkey -blam!- becuase your too stupid to have a single original thought in your head or take criticism over a -blam!-ing game, so whatever.
Edit 2:
One of you helpfully pointed out that a majority of bungies PVP team left with 343 when the big split happened and that the same studio who makes Call of Dutys multiplayer was initially in charge of building the crucible during the making of Destiny 2. this explains alot of the jank.
