PS4 Pro. I can get to character select, then long black screen, then error. "You have lost connection to the Destiny 2 servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere."
LAN connection.
I have rebooted my modem and router.
No game or system updates available.
I have restarted PS4.
I have restored licenses.
I have cleared console cache.
PS Plus is active.
Other games work fine.
1st gen PS4 works fine with D2, currently off.
It worked yesterday.
Companion app works (I can transfer items around)
I did try to use remote play on android this morning as my first log in, which couldn't log on either. The remote play app is not open on my phone, and I've rebooted the phone.
I did see a watercress error earlier today.
Creating a new character on a different account on this console results in the same error on that account.

3 RepliesHi there. The "Server Unavailable" error indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it.
