Quest Emergent Protocol not given from Ikora
Hi!
So after I played a whole week of Vex Offensive I got my brother to try the game out as well.
Turns out that he, even with Season Pass, could not get the "Emergent Protocol" Quest from Ikora, only the normal bounties.
Since I got it just fine with my titan, I created a new character and tried the exact same thing and behold, Ikora won't give me the quest either.
I did all steps mentioned in the various guides, to no avail.
Which are the exact prerequisites for a new character to get the "Emergent Protocol" Quest from Ikora?
