It is only letting me play on my Hunter and Titan but not my Warlock but I keep getting the same message on my warlock when I want to play on my warlock.

  • Same issue here. PS4 Pro. Login works fine from a secondary first gen console, but not my primary. I went through all the troubleshooting I could find. I did try to use remote play from my phone, in case that is somehow oddly in common. Cleared cache, reinstalled game, changed PSN password, PS Plus is active to 2023, logged out and back in, have 2FA, nothing else is logged in, other games are fine, tried Google DNS, upnp, wired connection. Normal log off 11pm Wednesday night. Couldn't log in Thursday morning. Companion app works fine.

  • Did you clear your console cache by disconnecting it from power for at least 5 minutes? Have you gone through these steps as well? To fix multiplayer permission errors 1. Log out of your PS4™ console (the account that's having the connection issue). 2 Power down (turn off) your PS4™ console. 3 Go to PlayStation.com via a web browser from your PC or Mac. If you are currently signed in, you must sign out and then sign back in. Confirm you are signed in. Then log out. 3a From Mobile devices using a web browser - For Apple: hold down the refresh button on the URL and click on “Request Desktop Site." - For Android: click on the 3 dots on the top right corner click on “Desktop Site." 4 Login and out a second time. Confirm you are signed in. Then log out. 5 Go to your PS4™ console, turn it on, and login.
