Breakneck Nerfs Are Too Much
Saw a video by Aztecross detailing the damage perk nerfs this season. Things seemed pretty reasonable...
Until he got to Breakneck.
What's the point of this gun having Rampage if Onslaught completely negates it? Just give Onslaught it's own timer, make it increase the RoF per kill and replace Rampage with Zen Moment or something, instead of using a whole perk on Onslaught's timer.
