Cross-Save issue PS4 to Xbox One
I used cross-save to transfer my PS4 characters to Xbox One. And my characters won’t show up on my Xbox account through the app. And when I try to invite my Xbox friends to the clan I created, it only gives me the option to invite my psn friends. So I don’t know if it’s a problem with the app or if I didn’t do something right? The message I get is “No valid destiny 2 characters were found for your linked platform account. Please try again.” I even signed out. Uninstalled the and reinstalled the app. No changes.

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for your report. Cross Save does not transfer characters and instead allows characters to be played across platforms. When you look at your Xbox account it will still show your Xbox characters, as they are only currently being 'obscured' by your Playstation ones.
