The extra Season pass with be added to the end of the ShadowKeep DLC's seasons
So if you bought standard edition the $10 pass will move to Season 9
Deluxe version you will get a 5th one added.
You can check your season pass ingame to see how many you have on your account.
PS I don't think Bungie does refunds on silver purchases once they have been activated/opened

Yeah I figured not but was worth an ask. Thanks brother. One more, can I not get any new exotics without the DLC? No Monte Carlo for instance?

Are you missing any from year 1 or 2? Xur from what I understand might be selling year 2 stuff soon. Exotics are IIRC tied to DLC and if you dont have it then most likely not. I only played Destiny for a few days without the DLC just to test out what is free and what is behind the DLC/Season Pass wall.
