Lol GG was not nerfed at all in PvP or PvE. You're just using a terrible super. The only thing that was nerfed for PvE is damage resilience on several supers, which didn't really affect PvE too much.

Tbh I thought was BS when I read it that Nighthawk did less damage than a sniper but regardless GG by itself is horrible in PvE
