Didn't receive my Shadowkeep campaign quest at all

Possibly because my quest inventory was full, but how would I know to prepare up front. Just bought it, logged in to try the first story mission and bam, expansion broken straight away. I'd expect this is not so uncommon and hence somehow accounted for. How can I fix it? Edit 1: The quest wasn't/isn't at the Postmaster, nor is it available at Eris Morn or Amanda Holliday. Edit 2: So I ended up creating a new character, where the Moon works alright. Doesn't seem to be that much of a hassle, I only lost some quests and zone reputations.

  • You need to clear out your quest inventory. You are going to need lots of space for your new quests. When you have done that. Try speaking to Eris again if that does not work check the postmaster.
