It's an evolving online game, with changes from year to year, which is absolutely normal, because it is not just "your" game. That is a normal thing to happen for every online game. Adapt to it or literally play another game. Not to mention the quest is, according to players here, easy and fast to do. Last time I checked also, people wanted the grind back (in some form at least). Year 1 almost ruined Destiny 2, and despite the flaws Shadowkeep has, like any other DLC and change (even back in D1 with every release) you have more diversity and options than before and the game is in a better state. Armor 2.0 also is an improved system, even though some minor changes are needed. Try something new for once... Not to mention the game never forces you to waer anything because a new system was introduced. It's not like your Armor 1.0 suddenly disappeared or so, including all of your guns. Play your old stuff and miss out something you might enjoy.
