Some supers are pretty weak like middle tree arc titan, middle tree void hunter and middle void warlock but there are strong supers
Top and bottom tree solar titan (mid tree is pretty good but it isn't as reliable)
Bottom and mid tree solar hunter (top is only good for crucible)
Top and bottom void hunter is weak by itself but with teammates, the damage is massive
And Top and bottom tree void warlock is basically a nuke

Top tree voidwalker is indeed a nuke. But bottom tree is still shite.
-
It's pretty good against single targets and plus the health regen makes it even better and it makes the blind well much easier But yeah ngl top tree voidwalker is the go to
-
Yeah as a branch bottom tree is good...as a super....sadly the buff didnt change much..
-
What is there is middle arc tree for the Titan??? I thought there was only one tree, the bottom tree!!
-
About the void hunters, tether just got a damage buff that makes bottem tree do (barely) more damage than celestial golden gun without Orpheus tethers. I'd call that pretty strong. Not to mention the smoke buff that gives allies resilience, mobility, recovery AND weapon reload/handling on top of tether doing the same thing to have it stack 3 times. Bottom tree is for dps while top is for crowd control. As it should be.

Edited by Trindalas: 10/17/2019 6:30:39 AMOrpheus Rigs and bottom void is my go to and has been since mid-late D1 (well, different exotic and skill setup in d1, but still tether) It is invaluable for group stuff, and in solo is great for killing off adds, and if they happen to blow up next to the boss that does quite a bit too. If you are ONLY fighting a boss and solo, then it’s pretty much worthless is the only issue. Still I love it. And if you have a lock pop a nova bomb on top of the tethered enemies it is DEVASTATING. Just happened the other day during an EP lvl 6 with the 2 giant knights and the wizard. They melted nearly instantaneously and it was glorious. Not to mention when used properly, landing it in spawn points during public events and stuff, often you can shoot another one before the last one has even vanished. Stompies are nice and all, but I’ll stick with Orpheus. :P
-
It does more damage then celestial nighthawk even without Orpheus rig? Damn now there's 3 supers that can do almost as much damage as GG with nighthawk Blade barrage, mid tree solar Titan (with synthoceps) and now bottom tree void
-
I honestly think tether is better at this point because on top of the damage, allies deal more damage to tethered enemies.
-
Bottom tree tether seems pretty good imo, the smoke bomb makes you invincible ontop of boosts and you getting grenade energy and you can generate orbs of light like crazy It just seems like a meta thing now for raids now that well of radiance isn't as great anymore with the nerf to Luna boots
-
Yeah what’s up with the middle arc Titan super? It’s obviously awesome looking and fun to fly around but it’s like a single fist of havoc strike. Compared to the other trees that can do it multiple times.
-
True but we do get ballistic slam as the melee which is basically a mini thundercrash. I love that ability sometimes I feel it's better than the actual super not more powerful of course but since it's the melee and you can take out grouped up enemies and still fly.
-
Middle tree arc titan is kinda like stormcaller, it's great against ad's but falls short against bosses
-
I actually use it against bosses quite frequently it takes a big chunk of health. But it is more useful against clumped enemies.
-
It can be used against bosses but only does anywhere from 10k to about 15k damage, I mean it's okay in boss damage but ad clearing is where it shines That's something I noticed all arc subclasses for all classes have in common (except mid tree warlock), great for ad's, not so great for bosses
-
Ya middle tree titan needs a massive buff to be comparable to the normal arc super
-
I know it leaves a DOT lighting but doesn’t the top tree leave that too? And you get 2 grenades.
