Turned in Iron Banner Bounty and did not receive weapon
Popped up and said I received The Hero’s Burden. Had inventory space. ... it is nowhere to be found. anywhere. Not postmaster, not lost. It’s evaporated.
There are so many problems with item receipt and infusion bugs rn and no answers from your support staff.

12 minutes later, it has appeared in my inventory. This is mildly confusing. Is this just a thing that happens? At least it's not gone.
