Glad to see you do some changes. However, the incentive of heavy ammo only works for Clash. Which you could just remove this mode since it has a good deal of heavy ammo camping, i.e. people want to CONTROL that point. I mean you already have 2 Clash setups. One for the regular weapons, and the rocket launcher one. To balance PvP, this is a good start. Looking at how things go, there are two other things that would improve it as well. 1) Disable all exotics in PvP. 2) Make resilience useful. I've stacked this from 50 to almost 100 and have not seen any noticeable difference in the amount of damage it takes to kill me. Especially in PvP, where even with 100, you still die in one shot. I would also suggest a decrease in Hand Cannon range. These should be on par with the range of shotguns. Sure, they pack a punch, but only at close range. To make them effective at long range, they would need a 24 to 36 inch barrel. But I can let this slide, because that would be to much realism for this type of weapon, and would likely garner a lot of salt if this change were made.
