Izanagi's Burden sniper rifle requires hold reload button to load a Honed Edge shot into the magazine. The problem with this method of activating Honed Edge is that it's too inconsistent - oftentimes, I will hold reload to load a Honed Edge shot after emptying the mag only to fail and load a 4 round magazine. This way of loading a Honed Edge shot can be a waste of time during DPS phases in raids, and should be changed to something more consistent. For comparison, the Cerberus +1 Catalyst allows the user to activate focused fire by holding reload, and focused fire persists even after tapping reload button to reload. A perk activation similar to focused fire can benefit Izanagi's Burden by allowing the user to load a Honed Edge shot into the mag by tapping the reload button, rather than risking holding reload after emptying the mag only to load a 4 round magazine. Tl; Dr: Izanagi's Burden Honed Edge shot should be changed from hold reload button everytime the magazine is emptied to hold reload button to activate "Honed Edge Mode" so everytime the gun is reloaded (tap to reload), the mag defaults to x4 Honed Edge shot.
