So I've been saving masterwork cores for a little while now, got a small stack of them, so when i get Geomag Stabalizers rolled with high intellect and strength with a total of 73 how can i say no to that rng. Then as i progressed through the energy upgrade it quickly dawned on me that it was going to take alot of cores, but 352 cores!!! What the heck Bungie, I understand its exotic but 3... 3 ascendant shards costing a total of 100 cores each, not to mention the 5 prisms required in the previous upgrades. Masterworking has gone from a nice thing to do at the later power/light stage, to why am I even bothering. Hope this gives anyone looking to upgrade a masterwork some insight on its ludicrous expense.
