You broke handcannons AGAIN!
Even on pc handcannons are getting waxed by the dad
Loadout. The range nerf was a bit too much. Even with the range they had before shadowkeep they still took skill to use. Pleas fix this. Not everybody wants to use pulse rifles and scouts.

I would have to disagree. I have always loved hand cannons, I’m sure my numbers reflect that. Right now, the only time I feel like the hand cannon seems off... is at long distance...which is good. At really close distance, which is good. Sometimes I “miss shots” that I know I hit, but just as often I hit shots that didn’t appear that they should have connected... so I consider that a wash. 🤷♂️ Also, when I’m in a 1v1 with another HC user and I lose the battle because I missed shots. Which is not good lol, but that is me not a HC problem.

You just have to have a god roll hand cannon to compete at subpar range. Loosing 3-3.5m from ricochet rounds brought down spare rations, waking vigil, and duke. These where all long range abusers. Austringer and ace are other ones. With the nerf to ace momento Mori I think they could have just done 1-2m depending on the range stat(diminishing return type deal. All hand cannons would have lost 1-2m and the range abusers would have lost around 5m. An example of why I don’t like this is because they made the range stat the worse stat but the one you need the most. I have what I thought was a god rolled waking vigil. It has all stability. Stability MW, steadyhand, ricochet rounds, opening shot, and dragonfly. It shot 30m-33m depending on opening shot. I already new it was getting hit with ricochet round change so it would shoot 27-30m. With the range stat nerf i don’t even think it will hit 24m without opening shot and just 26m with it. It feels bad even at ranges that should be handcannon ranges. With the ricochet rounds change they could have just done an aggressive damage fall off too and been fine. I have some nice scouts and pulses I just don’t like using them. 🤦♂️

Idk man. Austringer is really good now as long as you dont play outside its range. Accurized, rangefinder, eye of the storm, range masterwork.
