Why is the Undying title locked behind shadowkeep when it has its own title.
For reasons i have not brought shadow keep but i have brought the pass, There are 3 new titles to come with shadow keep Undying for the season, Enlightened for the raid and Harbinger for the DLC Shadowkeep so why is the Undying title locked behind Shadowkeep for meaningless requirements.
Lunar Fashion : "complete public events on the moon with a full set of seasonal armor" just so happens the vex incursion armor doesn't count for this Triumph and you need the Dream bane armor set to complete this triumph.
1 Why is this needed in the "Undying" title if its got nothing to do with it
2 Why doesn't the vex incursion armor count even with the description of the triumph the vex incursion armor fits the description of the seasonal armor.

Maybe Bc in order to play on the moon, you have to have the Shadow Keep DLC? Ever think of that?

10 RepliesDon’t think you can get season of undying if you don’t have shadowkeep. This season comes with the dlc. If you have one, then you’ll have the other. Also, if you don’t want to play all the new content then what’s the point of even playing?

Shadowkeep starts in the season to undying but the title is centered around the season based activities which will go away with next season while the shadowkeep title is based around the content that will persist past season of the undying.

If you only want one season, you just buy that. That seasons title should then be able to get achieved with that seasons specific content. You bought “that season” you should be able to achieve the title for “that season”. Adding in items from other content that you didn’t pay for and therefor can’t complete is simply a bad business practice where Bungie is totally screwing over the consumer. You can’t complete the very title to the season you paid for. They locked it behind content you didn’t want. If they want to give us the option of purchasing only the things we want, which is good, then they shouldn’t inter-twine content from different purchases into specific season achievements. This to me is worse than the 12 dollar emote and the 20 dollar finisher combo. They’re on their own now and need to bring in the bucks. I get it. But this isn’t the way to do it. If you buy a specific season, that season’s title should be achievable. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

Because shadowkeep is actually the annual pass. Bungie pulled content from shadowkeep to support the annual pass and the cost for the annual pass is actually just the cost for the battle pass. Bungie is shady.

Don’t forget the undying collection badge is needed. Randy’s is soooo grindy for what is ultimately a mix of a augmented weapon from ada with a curated roll!

I made a post about this because I did the exact thing you did. Lunar fashion literally stops you getting the undying seal. Once I learnt that I put a stop to do any pinnacle quest.

5 RepliesUh, you don’t need ShadowKeep to get the Undying title. The collection badge that SHOULD be there is Season of Undying, all of the items of which can be obtained without ShadowKeep. And the moon destination is part of New Light, so you can still defeat Gate Lords on the moon without ShadowKeep.
