Nothing can be done. Bungie warned us that the season pass is locked onto the first characters who use Shadowkeep. If you want the season pass for another set of characters you will have to buy the silver and buy the pass again in game.

One question, if you buy it in-game it works for the set of characters in-game? i lost my season pass after enable cross-save and purchase the game again in steam but it doesn't work ;( in-game it´ll work?
