Where are the QoL changes?

No fixes to matchmaking, except comp/survival. Kinda. No optional matchmaking. No masterwork re-rolling. No glass needles. No more space for consumables or shaders. Mods don't really need it anymore. No significant improvement to infusion. No improvements to Eververse. It's never been worse, in fact. No subclass trees. No vendor updates at all. Except Eververse, of course. Is that enough things? And is there really no new nightfall-specific loot? Really? Eververse is fully stocked though. Hey Bungie! Maybe it's time you put some clothes on, learn how to sprint (that armor 2.0 reveal stream was embarrassing) and give something other than Tess Everis some solid attention? Just a friendly suggestion.
Sorry if I sound cranky but I have the flu and I don't like having the flu and there's not even any popcorn in the house. What am I supposed to do. Started watching Breaking Bad again. That's a great show.
•
No fixes to matchmaking, except comp/survival. Kinda.
A fix is a fix
No optional matchmaking.
There’s Freelance Competitive, and Connection-Based matchmaking is used in the Classic Mix playlist (although I do agree it should be Connection-based for all except Comp.
No masterwork re-rolling.
The masterwork of a weapon is a part of the god roll. It wouldn’t be a god roll if it were easy to acquire (well technically yes, but it would lose its value)
No glass needles.
Not needed. You can change the perks for free now (although for Exotics element affinity should not be used)
No more space for consumables or shaders. Mods don't really need it anymore.
It’s possible to run out of space for consumables? I think the Armor 2.0 mods should all be displayed on the mod screen so I don’t have to go through each mod affinity to see which ones I have.
No significant improvement to infusion.
Except for the removal of enhancement/masterwork cores from the process, and making that you only need one item which can be bought from Banshee. Nothing significant.
No improvements to Eververse. It's never been worse, in fact.
Before your only source of bright dust was from eververse bounties (which gave next to nothing) and dismantling eververse items. Now you get it by completing weekly crucible, vanguard, and gambit bounties.
No subclass trees.
No, but they did add new perk options specific to subclasses with the seasonal artifact.
No vendor updates at all. Except Eververse, of course.
Old armor from Vanguard and Crucible was brought back, and the bounties were improved. ShadowKeep is a Rise of Iron-Sized expansion so we shouldn’t expect something as big as a large vendor refresh.
Is that enough things?
Yes, that should be it.
And is there really no new nightfall-specific loot? Really? Eververse is fully stocked though.
Eververse makes money, which in Bungie’s case is necessary because of Activision being gone. It helps the support the game’s free release content. I’m not sure if the two new strikes have been in the Nightfall playlist yet, but the dungeon now has its own set of loot, so there’s that.
Hey Bungie! Maybe it's time you put some clothes on, learn how to sprint (that armor 2.0 reveal stream was embarrassing) and give something other than Tess Everis some solid attention?
Although I agree that gameplay was hard to watch, you need to stop whining about monetization. They gave Crucible HUGE amounts of attention this season, completely revamped the armor system, and made a new Strike playlist that actually rewards exotics at a consistent rate, yet you still complain about them making money!
Just a friendly suggestion.
Not really. It’s brimming with sarcasm and spite.

Sorry if I sound cranky but I have the flu and I don't like having the flu and there's not even any popcorn in the house. What am I supposed to do. Started watching Breaking Bad again. That's a great show.

Oh. Well I guess that’s alright. Just wait and cool down a bit before you post on the forums. That’s the main reason why these forums are such a salt mine. Nothing against you though.
