Because dodge is a reaction move. Rift Is made for using before you fight or quick regen behind secure cover

No, i use rift in the way your suggesting, what we’re saying to you is that it’s still leaves the player overwhelmingly vulnerable and should just be buffed to function as well as the other two class abilities. But you know this, and will bite your tongue before admitting warlocks are underpowered.

If it’s not working the way he says it, then you’re aren’t using it right. Good warlock pvpers pre place it in a place that lets them peek-shoot in an area the other players can’t get through. Highly comp warlock that used rifts to their advantage weren’t extremely difficult to fight against. They literally take over a spot in the map

The can be killed with on shotgun, one sniper, one fusion rifle, one grenade, two people shooting at them. It’s not that’s it not working the way anyone one person says it, it’s. Not working at all and the stats show warlocks are way beneath hunters and titans.

You should plan for the opener ya who are rushing you, sniping , or just teaming you. Those are strategic problems of the player, not a class problem. The stats are affected by population too so you can’t use that in this argument. I’m talking about the top players themselves. You can say how pitiful warlocks are, but unless you play high tier comp regularly and see how a warlock can be used, You can’t really tell me rift is inferior to barricade or dodge. Maybe look up top players of destiny, not overall.

The stats that you are using doesn’t mean anything to what’s weak. Show me where the top players are not using warlock and then I can see what you’re saying. Popular classes used in qp mean nothing. There’s no way to back that up.

We aren’t talking about qp and these stats are steady throughout game types. You can draw what ever conclusions you want from titans and hunters have higher stats than warlocks. I’m not going to engage in this with you any further, you don’t care what stats say in favor of conjecture. What you are arguing is conjecture. You do not have any metric to back what you are saying up. You’re entitled to draw what ever inferences you want from your personal intuition. It doesn’t mean they’re objective on any capacity, and you shouldn’t be trying pass it off as if it is.

Your metric doesn’t work. You misuse those stats to push your opinion on something. Those Stats will be obscured because more players play hunter and titans compared to warlocks. I’ll say it again. Check the top pvp players. Especially in competitive. You have no idea how to use a warlock. I’ve played against and with warlocks who absolutely destroy and understand how to use a rift. I’m sorry you don’t know how to use a rift. Maybe try another class that fits your playstyle because warlock isn’t it.

The population differences between the three classes is marginal. It’s ridiculous you think that it skews that data that much. Around 30% for each class represents the total player population. You suggesting the top pvp players are warlocks is either a lie or a statement from ignorance. I have checked it, the top players play nightstalker or striker. This has been consistent for Over a year now.

You must not be checking at every individual playlist. Again. You looking at one thing and pushing your agenda on it. If you honestly don’t use all the data and just use what’s benefiting you, there’s nothing more to talk about. Keeping being bad with the warlock. I have plenty of pvp friends that understand what it is to be a warlock and have played against the best and placed rifts that pretty much made it impossible to get to them. You keep going though. I’ve seen enough ppl here prove you wrong. (Maybe warlock isn’t you thing, it’s ok to be bad using a class. It’s called operator error)

Tell me where warlocks aren’t in the top pvp leaderboards for competitive playlists. Once you do that I’ll join you in your whining. Not taking this in consideration shows how narrow minded you are.Pulling an overall doesn’t determine what you want. Everyone on here has given you plenty of ways to use it and you spew the same armature things because you warlock bad. Most warlock don’t know how to use their abilities. If anything , titans and hunter are more common because their playstyle has been used on other platforms. You use one general stats that uses population that skews it. If I can reign in high comp with my warlock and do well, there are plenty of others that would dominate me with the same class. Your stats alone with your set tells me you don’t know how to use your own class. You are the basic warlock who is ignorant and believes your class is under preforming. Do me favor and listen to the other players here telling how to use rift. Maybe you will learn something and actually get better at the game.
